Assistant Store Manager ( Retail)

Job Purpose:*

To support the Store Manager in leading the store operations, driving sales, and delivering the ultimate customer experience. You are the leader on the floor when the Store Manager is away.

Key Responsibilities:

\- Be a Sales Driver: Lead from the sales floor, coach associates in real-time on Bra Fitting and cross-selling to achieve UPT and Conversion goals

\- Customer Obsession: Ensure every customer feels confident and celebrated. Lead by example in delivering expert fittings

\- Operational Excellence: Open and close the store, manage cash reconciliation, staff scheduling, shipment processing, and inventory control

\- Team Coaching: Train new associates on product knowledge, VS Service Standards, and Loss Prevention policies

\- Visual & Brand: Execute daily VM standards, replenishment, and ensure the sales floor is always flawless and on-brand per global guidelines

\- Reporting: Prepare Daily Sales Reports (DSR), monitor KPIs, and communicate business updates to the Store Manager

Requirements

• Qualifications :*

\- 2-3 years of experience as Assistant Manager / Supervisor / Key Holder in fashion/beauty retail

\- Strong selling skills and deep interest in fashion, lingerie and beauty trends

\- Excellent leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills

\- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays (retail hours)

\- Fluent English is a must
