Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the building is safe and functional
- Monitor and report building conditions and safety hazards
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Assist with cleaning and upkeep of common areas
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
Requirements
- Previous experience in building maintenance is a plus
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
