(Internship) Business Development Executive - Recruitment

About the role: We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (Intern) to support our recruitment team with a strong focus on business development and sales. This internship is an exciting opportunity to develop your commercial acumen and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced recruitment consultancy. Salary: SGD 800-1200 (based on experience) Start: Immediate with minimum of 3 months Working hours: 9am-6pm Vacation days: 2.5/month Location: Our office is located at CapitaGreen (CBD) - Hybrid with lots of flexibility Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop potential business opportunities to expand our client base. Create and implement a sales strategy for the recruitment team. Assist with day-to-day recruitment tasks, including job postings, client/candidate mapping, scheduling meetings, and managing logistics (opportunity to pass the CEI certification should you handle these tasks). Support our operations by maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Work on innovative projects, such as AI integrations and tools to enhance efficiency. Conduct market research and benchmarks to keep us ahead of industry trends. Generate regular reports to ensure smooth communication across the team and our clients.
