JobCopilot - What You Should Know
An AI job application automation platform whose copilots search 500,000+ company career pages every two hours and auto-apply for you, with a Chrome extension, resume tailoring and hiring-manager contacts.
The short version
JobCopilot and Otto both search employers' own career pages and submit applications for you. JobCopilot works from the job titles and filters you set, up to 20 or 50 a day, with no free plan on its pricing page. Otto ranks openings against your CV, starts free at one application a day, and gives every plan a dedicated inbox.
The difference that matters most
JobCopilot: Submits: its copilot "automatically applies for jobs on your behalf", up to 20 a day on Premium and 50 on Elite, or fills forms and saves them for you to review. Its Chrome extension, on other sites, only fills: you submit yourself.
Otto: searches 1M live openings from your CV, re-checks your matches are still accepting applications, and fills in and submits the form itself. It will not make up facts only you know, such as ID numbers, dates, salary or visa status; it leaves those blank and asks you.

Who JobCopilot is for
“On a Mission to Empower Job Seekers”
jobcopilot.com/about-us
Otto is for people who would rather hand over the applying: upload a CV once, and Otto finds the roles that fit, sends the applications, and brings the replies back to one inbox.
What JobCopilot does well
- It genuinely auto-applies, on employers' own career pages, and lets you choose between applying straight away and reviewing first
- Its answers learn from your edits, with writing-style controls for tone, length and vocabulary
- Up to 3 copilots on Elite, each searching a different country or remote roles worldwide, with hiring-manager email credits for follow-ups
If the list above describes what you need, use JobCopilot. A comparison page that cannot name a competitor's strengths is an advert.
Where Otto differs
- JobCopilot's copilot searches by the job titles, keywords and filters you set. Otto ranks openings against your CV and reads each finalist's job description before it applies.
- Otto's Free plan sends one application a day with no card. JobCopilot's pricing page shows no free plan or trial, and its Chrome extension needs an active subscription.
- Every Otto plan includes a dedicated inbox, so replies arrive sorted by application. JobCopilot says employers contact you on the email or phone number you gave it.
- Otto connects to Claude, ChatGPT and Grok, and applies from all three. We found no mention of an assistant connection on JobCopilot's own pages.
What Otto does
Search 1M live jobs
Openings come straight from employers' own hiring systems, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters and more. Filter by country, city, date posted, job type and remote, and see each one ranked against your CV.
Auto apply
Press Apply and Otto fills in and submits the employer's own form. When a form asks something only you can answer, it asks you once and remembers the answer for next time. Every plan, Free included.
Autopilot
On Max, Otto finds new matches every night and applies to them while you sleep. The morning email lists every application, and you can switch it off any time.
Resume tailoring
On Pro and Max, Otto writes a one-page CV for each job, reordering what you have done to fit the posting. Every employer, title, date and number is checked against your CV, and a draft that claims more is thrown away.
Apply with a link
Found a job somewhere else? Paste the link and Otto reads the posting and applies, even on hiring systems it does not already track.
A dedicated inbox
Every plan gets its own job-search email address. Replies and interview invites land in Otto, sorted by application, and Otto enters verification codes for you.
Inside Claude, ChatGPT and Grok
Connect Otto to Claude, ChatGPT or Grok and ask for jobs in your own words: it searches, ranks them against your CV, and applies to the ones you confirm. In ChatGPT, Otto Roles is in the plugin directory.

How much does JobCopilot cost?
Its US pricing page shows Premium from $0.93 a day and Elite from $1.05 a day, with weekly, monthly and quarterly plans, but not the price of each plan.
