\- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market visits, networking, and client referrals.

\- Conduct client meetings, site inspections, presentations, and venue visits.

\- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and event packages as per client requirements.

\- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed events and business.

\- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop repeat business.

\- Coordinate with Banquets, F&B, Kitchen, Front Office, and other departments for seamless event planning and execution.

\- Understand client requirements, menu preferences, event setup, and other operational details.

\- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and potential business opportunities.

\- Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation for confirmed events.

\- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales calls, client meetings, and confirmed business.

\- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.
