Position Overview

Currently seeking a motivated and experienced Property Management Manager to join the team in Norwich. In this role, you will take on a hands-on managerial position within the Lettings team, overseeing and growing the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the lettings team
• Monitor, assess, and coach individual team member performance
• Ensure compliance with the highest regulatory standards
• Conduct property inspections
• Manage tenancy extensions and renewals
• Coordinate maintenance and repair issues with contractors
• Handle deposit returns and rental arrears
• Process eviction requests
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Manage complaints effectively
• Complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Property Manager in residential lettings
• Ability to create a positive team spirit
• Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Basic IT proficiency
