Startup Operations

The Web 3 is arriving, bringing a new wave of change to the Internet. Matters Lab is committed to building a freer and fairer creator ecosystem in the Web 3 world: one that is in control of data and ownership while realizing the co-creation of content and reaping the rewards of digital assets.

We seek a startup operator who will be crucial in guiding our back-end operations and transforming our cross-functional team into a highly efficient and impactful force. In this role, you will support the growth of our team across different regions while also establishing processes and tools that foster a distinctive culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance at Matters Lab. This is not a typical Operations position, as we operate as a distributed team across various regions, which brings about unique requirements and challenges.
