Chief Accountant

• _Professional management and supervision of accounting of economic events;_
• _Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closures for the parent company;_
• _Preparation of reports, statistics and various reports in compliance with Hungarian accounting standards;_
• _Coordinate the preparation of tax returns until the deadline;_
• _Professional support for management and controlling activities;_
• _Ensure compliance with legal requirements_ ;
• _Active participation in audits and tax audits, coordination of their execution;_
• _Liaise with authorities, external service providers, parent company;_
• Contribution to the preparation of the budget and forecasting;
• Responsible for the integration of our subsidiary/ies in SGS Hungary Ltd.;
• Efficiency regarding our current processes, proactive thinking about short and long term solutions regarding new or old tasks and processes;
• Coordination of financial colleagues;
• _Performing_ o _ther kind of tasks in connection with Chief Accountant defined by Finance Manager._

• _High education in economics or finance;_
• _Registered chartered accountant degree;_
• _Minimum 5 year of experience in finance positions;_
• _Up-to-date accounting and taxation knowledge;_
• _Fluent written and spoken English knowledge;_
• _Computer literacy at user level._
• IFRS certification
• Project management experience
