Job description:
Responsibilities:
\- Provide personal care to patients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
\- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
\- Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
\- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
\- Assist with medical documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
\- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
\- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
\- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare team members.
Skills:
\- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
\- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
\- Attention to detail and ability to observe changes in patient condition.
\- Knowledge of proper hygiene practices and infection control measures.
