About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM ECC Benefits Lead with strong hands-on configuration expertise to support ongoing HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Benefits Administration within SAP ECC HCM , ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and configuration of SAP HCM Benefits module (Health, Insurance, Savings, and Flexible Spending Plans).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Manage testing, defect resolution, and production support for Benefits processes.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Time Management teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Provide system documentation, user training, and functional specifications for enhancements.
- Participate in workshops, design sessions, and cutover activities as needed.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of SAP HCM functional experience with at least 3+ years focused on Benefits configuration.
- Strong understanding of Benefits Plans, Eligibility, and Enrollment processing.
- Hands-on experience in Open Enrollment, Life Events, and Benefits Interface management.
- Knowledge of integration with Payroll and Time Management modules.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA HCM compatibility pack preferred.
