Customer Service Coordinator Level 1

Due to growth and investment in our people we are currently looking for a highly motivated, customer support focused, organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join the AmbaFlex Customer Service team!

In this hands-on position you will:

• Handle incoming requests to the customer support team (frontoffice work) within set KPI’s
• Handle low level technical complaints and queries
• Case management
• Work preperation (4M) service jobs
• Simple machine inspections and health checks
• Simple installation/integration requests
• Provide fully detailed pre-visit checklist
• Timely and correctly processing, checking, and closing requests and orders.
• Travel arrangements for field service technicians as required.
• Maintain the field service schedule as required.
• On planned schedule, standby for helpdesk support outside office hours.
• Work cost efficient.
• Provide input on processes to improve the quality of the customer support.
• Make certain timely and sufficient material supplies are on site
