Experience

Seeking candidates with 0-5 years of experience in early childhood education or related fields.

Required Skills

• Degree related to Early Childhood Education (ECE)
• Experience working with children
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Understanding of child development

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage with children to ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
• Assist children with transitions during the day, mealtime, hygiene, and monitor their emotional and developmental well-being.
• Support the Lead Teacher with curriculum implementation, following daily schedules, conducting small group activities, and maintaining records of children’s progress.

Teamwork and Collaboration

Ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment is essential.

Certifications

Candidates must have current Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.

Background Checks

Must pass comprehensive background checks and a health screening.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift a minimum of 48.75 lbs.
