๐ง WE DON'T WANT PARTS CHANGERS.
WE WANT PROBLEM SOLVERS.
The warning light is the beginning of the conversation.
Not the answer.
A strong technician asks:
What failed?
Why did it fail?
What else should I check?
How do I fix it RIGHT?
That diagnostic mindset matters here.
You'll use scan tools, diagnostic software, technical information, electrical testing, mechanical knowledge, and good old-fashioned experience to find the actual problem -- not just throw parts at it.

We're hiring across experience levels, so what you bring may look different depending on where you are in your career.
