Schedule : Monday to Friday, No Weekends

As a leader in the field of diagnostics, you will provide comprehensive psychological testing and assessments while guiding a dedicated team that is focused on making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and their families.

Key Responsibilities :

• Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessments : Provide a full range of psychological and diagnostic assessments, including scoring, interpretation, reporting, and clinical recommendations.
• Team Coordination : Collaborate with intake departments and local referral sources to identify diagnostic needs and streamline services.
• Material Management : Ensure assessment materials, protocols, and accessories are well-maintained and available for staff use.
• Collaboration and Compliance : Work closely with the Director of Compliance to support external audits and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Leadership and Support : Assist with the interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new staff while overseeing the quality of assessment administration and clinical reports.
• Performance Management : Conduct performance evaluations for diagnostician staff, providing guidance on the selection and interpretation of assessment instruments.

Necessary Qualifications :

• Education : Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience : 2+ years of post-degree clinical experience required.
• Licenses : Must hold one of the following licenses:
• Licensed Psychological Practitioner (LPP)
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP)
• Driver's License : Valid Regular Driver License (DL) required.
