Track campaign ROI, CAC, conversions, and other marketing KPIs. Build and maintain marketing dashboards and performance reports. Analyse the MQL → SQL → Closed-Won funnel and identify improvement areas. Conduct market, competitor, and customer research. Work with marketing teams to measure campaign and launch performance. Analyse customer and account data for B2B SaaS segmentation and targeting. Prepare reports and presentations for marketing and leadership teams. Maintain accurate data across CRM, marketing, and analytics platforms. Support marketing budget tracking and forecasting.
