What we're looking for (generally)

We work with writers, producers, directors, editors, motion designers, and creative strategists. Across all of these, the people who thrive here tend to share a few things in common:

• Deep respect for the subject matter — you understand that healthcare storytelling carries real stakes
• Strong communication skills, both with clients and collaborators
• The ability to manage complexity without losing the creative thread
• Experience working on deadline-driven productions, ideally in a client-service environment
• A portfolio that shows range, craft, and a point of view

Healthcare or medtech experience is a meaningful plus across all roles. It's not always required, but it matters here more than at most production companies.
