Job Role

Responsible for reliability, scalability, security, and automation of cloud-native platforms on AWS. Works across ECS, EKS, EC2, databases, and CI/CD systems with strong ownership of observability, incident management, and compliance._

_Roles & Responsibilities_

• _Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, SLAs; enforce error budgets_
• _Own incident response, on-call, RCA, and postmortems_
• _Build and maintain observability using Elasticsearch and Kibana (logs, metrics, alerts)_
• _Automate infrastructure using Terraform_
• _Operate workloads on Amazon Web Services (ECS, EKS, EC2, Lambda, SSM)_
• _Manage CI/CD using CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline_
• _Implement security controls and hardening aligned with CIS Level 2_
• _Integrate and manage endpoint/workload security using Trend Micro_
• _Optimize cost, performance, and capacity_
• _Drive self-healing, auto-remediation, and runbook automation_
• _Support databases: DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL_
• _Leverage Amazon Bedrock for automation/operational intelligence use cases_
• _Responsibility to adhere to set internal controls._

_Desired Skills and Knowledge_

• _Strong experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker_
• _Deep AWS experience (ECS, EKS, EC2, Lambda, IAM, VPC, SSM)_
• _Hands-on with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines_
• _Expertise in ELK stack (log ingestion, parsing, alerting, dashboards)_
• _OS hardening and administration (Ubuntu, Amazon Linux)_
• _Networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing)_
• _Scripting (Python/Bash)_
• _Database operations and performance tuning_
• _Experience with CIS benchmarks, SOC2/ISO controls_
• _Multi-region/high availability design_
• _AIOps or AI-assisted observability_

_Education_

• _Bachelor 's in computers or any related field._

_Location: Hyderabad, Hybrid - 3 Days from Office

Experience: _

• _6+ years in SRE/DevOps/Platform Engineering_
• _3+ years in AWS-based production environments_

_Compensation: 24 - 28 LPA
