Account cum Admin [KY01-008]

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the company’s financial health. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and work in a dynamic environment.

Monthly Salary Range

RM2500 - RM4000

**Working Hours

** Mon-Fri (8am-5pm) ; Sat (8am-12pm)

**Location

** Taman Bukit Kuchai, Puchong

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Perform month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Utilize accounting software (Autocount) to maintain accurate records.

Other Requirements

• A proactive problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experienced in accounting software (Autocount, UBS, SQL or any relevant tools)
• Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
