Responsibilities
- Answering questions about companies’ services provided
- Processing order and transactions
- Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems
- Providing proactive customer outreach
- Handling customer complaints
- Responding to customer reviews
- Developing & documenting knowledge
- Hitting customer service KPI given
