We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician _****_ to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure optimum performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a skilled professional with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
Qualifications
- ASE Certifications preferred
- Previous experience with a OEM certified dealer
- Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and ability to read schematics
- Strong independent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues
- Professionalism and politeness to staff
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs including accurate diagnostics
- Complete Digital MPI Inspections with videos and pictures
- Complete warranty repairs and maintenance in compliance with manufacturer specifications
- Communicate effectively with staff regarding vehicle repair status
- Stay up-to-date with required OEM training
- Stay active in the shop and work proficiently to complete vehicles for our customers in the expected repair time window
Requirements
- Past experience as a Service Technician or similar role in automotive repair
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and relevant certifications preferred
