Field service manager

Job Description An opportunity to work with a growing company dedicated to providing doctors all across California with services that allow them to focus on patient care and forget the paperwork. The Field Service Manager (FSM) reports to the VP of Operations and is responsible for maintaining accounts and managing the field service techs under their accounts. The FSM’s objective is to understand the needs of the practice and acquiring the necessary documents and information that are required to bill accurately. The FSM will communicate with clients via e-mail, text, phone, or face to face. This will vary from client to client therefore excellent communication skills are a must. This position can require up to 40% travel. The FSM is expected to visit his/her accounts on a routine basis to check in with doctors and staff. Primary duties: Monthly status reports for the VP of Operations Keep detailed records and provide account reports when requested for each account Manage field service techs that are under the assigned accounts Train new field service techs when necessary Maintain an accuracy of 90 percent or higher for paperwork of each account
