Responsibilities · Plan and arrange LCL import full-load deliveries · Coordinate closely with internal · Customs teams Provide customer service and general administrative support · Manage LCL import bookings and input data into internal systems · Liaise directly with customers on shipment progress and requirements · Support the wider team with daily operational and administrative tasks Requirements Skills Required: · LCL Import experience with previous exposure to multimodal logistics operations (road, sea and air) · Confident, approachable, and professional communication skills · Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail · Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service · Strong decision-making abilities with the capacity to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
