As our Growth Marketing Intern , you’ll support clients and venture teams with research, experimentation, campaigns, and data-driven strategies that deliver real impact.

📈 What You’ll Do

Strategy, Research & Experiments

• Collaborate with clients across key project stages — from early validation to launch and growth.
• Research audiences, competitors, trends, and user behavior to shape smart growth strategies.
• Brainstorm and develop experiment ideas and tactics with the team.

Campaigns & Optimization

• Set up and manage paid campaigns to drive acquisition and conversion.
• Run experiments (A/B tests, landing page variations, creative tests).
• Optimize ads, assets, and funnels to exceed growth goals.
• Measure results continuously and translate insights into clear actions.
