A Carpenter’s primary role is to construct, install, and repair high-quality wooden structures, fixtures, and furniture pieces. This role is responsible for maintaining extreme precision throughout the fabrication process and ensuring structural integrity across all custom and mass-produced pieces. 🔍 Key Responsibilities

🪚 Fabrication & Assembly: Cut, shape, and assemble wood, fiberglass, and other materials to build furniture, appliances, and structural components based on technical specifications.

📐 Blueprint Reading & Layout: Interpret blueprints, sketches, or building plans to accurately determine dimensions, material requirements, and installation methods.

🎨 Finishing & Quality Control: Sand, join, and apply finishing treatments to surfaces; inspect completed work to ensure it aligns perfectly with structural integrity and "Zero-Defect" aesthetic standards.

🛠️ Tool & Workspace Maintenance: Safely operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and heavy workshop machinery (e.g., table saws, planers); keep the work area clean and hazard-free.

📉 Material Optimization: Measure and calculate materials accurately prior to cutting to minimize waste and maximize production efficiency.

🎓 Qualifications

🎓 Education: High School Diploma, Technical/Vocational graduate, or equivalent certification in Carpentry or Woodworking is highly preferred.

⏳ Experience: Proven experience working as a carpenter, woodworker, or furniture fabricator in a workshop, manufacturing, or construction environment.

🛠️ Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in operating a wide variety of woodworking hand and power tools.
• Strong mathematical skills for taking precise measurements and calculating material layouts.
