This role provides a variety of activities—including _customer service, warehouse operations, inventory support, local deliveries, and sales assistance_ —making it ideal for someone who enjoys being active, working both indoors and outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Though preferred, this _hands-on, foundational role_ doesn’t require prior industry experience; we provide _world-class training_ to set you up for success from day one!

Responsibilities

This role supports the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced wholesale environment serving contractors and industry professionals. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

__Customer Service & Sales__

• Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.
• Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations.

__Warehouse & Yard Operations__

• Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard, while following all equipment and material-handling safety standards.

__Inventory Management__

• Receive and stock deliveries and transfers.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.

__Delivery and Transportation__

• Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols.
• Safely deliver customer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world-class customer service upon arrival.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic math and communication skills
• An eagerness to work as a team and deliver world-class customer service

_Preferred, but not required…_

• Warehouse associate experience
• Delivery driver experience
• Forklift certification
• Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials (remember, our training rocks)
• Spanish Bi-Lingual is always a plus
