Brand Representative (Part time/ Casual)

Purpose of the Role:

As the face of our brand, you’ll be on the front line delivering an exceptional in-store experience, building connections with customers, and showcasing the creativity that defines us.

What you’ll be doing:

\- Be the go-to person for customers — from friendly chats to product demos that wow.

\- Turn browsers into buyers by hitting sales goals and celebrating team wins.

\- Keep things running smooth — process sales with ease and know your products inside out.

\- Make the store shine with eye-catching displays and a clean, organised vibe.

\- Stay on top of stock — help with deliveries, restocks, and keeping shelves full.

\- Solve problems with a smile — whether it’s questions, returns, or special requests.

What we're looking for:

\- At least 1 year retail experience.

\- Confident communicator with strong English skills.

\- Flexible with shifts and availability to support all stores within a state.

\- Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer tools.

\- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities.

\- Team player who collaborates and supports others.

\- Proactive, passionate, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

\- High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

\- Keen eye for creating authentic, on-brand content tailored for social media.
