Our client is looking for a Licensed Land Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate should have:
- 5+ years of relevant land survey experience, including field staff management experience
- Knowledge of surveying principles, regulations, techniques, and procedures
- Able to perform Boundary and Topographic surveys, Subdivision Plats and Construction Stakeouts
- Working knowledge of field instrumentation, GPS and robotic total stations
- Knowledge of technical software including AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Collaborative skills in working efficiently with a team, training survey personal and coordinate of field work
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
