The Director of Business Development is responsible for designing strategic plans to meet sales targets, developing, and cultivating relationships with new clients and managing and upselling to existing clients.

_Core Responsibilities_

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability while aligning with the company’s long-term goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including emerging markets, potential clients, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to anticipate opportunities and challenges, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Partner with Segment/Industry/Market Leader(s) to identify opportunities for sales opportunities.

_ __Education and Experience_

• 8+ years of sales and/or business development experience, preferably in a professional services firm
• Minimum of 5+ years strategic business development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance and/or marketing
