A 28m private motor yacht launched in 2026 is seeking a professional and experienced Captain/Engineer to join their vessel once it arrives in Australia in November.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, hands-on dual ticketed Captain looking to commit long-term to their next operation.

The successful candidate will require a great work ethic, flexibility in schedule, strong owner relations, and experience maintaining a vessel to the highest standards.

Program for 2026/2027:

Sydney - Nov to Jan

Melbourne - Jan to Apr

Gold Coast - May

Whitsundays - Jun to Nov

Requirements

• Proven experience in respective roles on vessels of comparable size

• Strong private program background preferred

• Minimum Master 4 and MED 2 required for the Captain

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude

• Ability to work with hands-on owners

• Sound engineering experience and problem solving

• Must have Permanent Australian Working rights to apply for this position
