Senior AI & Agentic Solutions Engineer

Role Purpose Design and deliver AI, data science, and Agentic AI solutions that solve business problems and create measurable value. Key Responsibilities Identify AI use cases with business teams. Build machine learning and data science models. Develop GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, prompts, and AI agents. Prepare and analyse data for AI use cases. Evaluate model performance and business impact. Support responsible AI, testing, monitoring, and documentation. Explain AI capabilities and limitations in business language. Requirements Required Skills Python, machine learning, data science, model evaluation, and GenAI tools. Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, APIs, or AI agents. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, Copilot Studio, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Flowise, or similar tools.
