We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and assist with reservations.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide check-in/check-out services.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions.
- Manage reservations and update booking systems.
- Handle payments and issue receipts.
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
