Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in San Antonio, Texas. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

This is a full-time position with a strong emphasis on continuity of care, patient education, and preventive medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and preventive care to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage chronic and acute medical conditions
• Conduct annual exams, wellness visits, and follow-up care
• Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and health maintenance
• Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure efficient, coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with state and federal guidelines

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Practice (GP)
• Active Texas medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
