_Purpose of the Position_
_We are looking for a_ _proactive and business-oriented Corporate Lawyer (Junior Level)__to join our in-house legal team in the_ _Netherlands_ _on a temporary basis._
_This role has been created to provide additional support on key legal and corporate governance projects through the end of the year. The successful candidate will provide_ _legal advice across a broad range of commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters_ _, while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to support the business in a compliant and risk-aware manner._
_Main Responsibilities_
- _Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on day-to-day business matters_
- _Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and framework agreements_
- _Support compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including corporate, commercial, and data protection requirements_
- _Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks while proposing practical and commercially focused solutions_
- _Support corporate governance activities, including board and shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, and legal entity management_
- _Assist with company secretarial and corporate housekeeping matters across various jurisdictions_
- _Cooperate with external legal advisors and manage relationships with external counsel when required_
- _Monitor legislative and regulatory developments relevant to the business and advise on potential impacts_
- _Support internal projects, transformations, acquisitions, integrations, and other cross-functional initiatives from a legal perspective_
- _Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes, templates, and knowledge-sharing practices_
_What to Expect_

_Requirements_
- _Law degree required; admission to practice is an advantage but not mandatory_
- _4–6 years of professional experience_ _in corporate and/or commercial law_
- _Experience gained in a reputable law firm, in-house legal department, or a combination of both_
- _Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, corporate law, and corporate governance matters_
- _Experience supporting board matters, legal entity management, and corporate housekeeping activities is highly desirable_
- _Proven contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills_
- _Ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives_
- _Strong stakeholder management and communication skills_
- _Fluent English, both written and spoken_
- _Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working independently_
- _Strong attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills_
