Data Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will transform complex business, customer, and platform data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. This role is key in identifying trends, optimizing processes, and supporting data-driven decisions for both internal stakeholders and customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct deep-dive analyses on complex datasets using advanced analytical techniques.

✅ Design, build, and deliver reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

✅ Analyze customer data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for business improvement.

✅ Develop and maintain a repository of standardized and customized reporting templates.

✅ Communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams.

✅ Partner with internal technical teams to enhance reporting capabilities.

✅ Design, develop, and deploy machine learning algorithms and models.

✅ Implement forecasting techniques to predict construction project timelines.

Job Requirements:

🔹 4+ years of experience in a data analytics role.

🔹 Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI).

🔹 Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or forecasting methods.

🔹 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally across departments.

🔹 Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas).

🔹 Proficiency in Python and SQL.

🔹 Experience developing solutions with Data Lakes and Cloud platforms.

🔹 Industry experience in home construction (preferred).

🔹 Must be able to report in-person
