Metal Welder and Fabricator
_We have a strong custom metal department, and we are looking to expand. We are willing to train and mentor anyone qualified for the position._
Our ideal Metal Welder and Fabricator Candidate:
- 3 years of metalwork experience
- Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding skills
- Bonus points for expertise in welding brass and copper
- Extensive knowledge in fabrication processes
- Experience welding aluminum, stainless steel and steel
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, discussing challenges and collaboratively brainstorming solutions to enhance productivity
