HGV Class C Driver & Industrial Jet Vac Specialist

This is a hands-on, highly technical role split 80% Heavy Industrial Plant & Jet-Vac Operations and 20% HGV Driving. You will be operating high-pressure water jetting (HPWJ) machinery, executing suction extraction via vacuum tankers, entering confined spaces, and utilizing full safety gear with breathing apparatus (BA).

Role Technical Notice: This is a heavy plant operation and HGV transport role requiring commercial Class C/CE driver qualifications and specialized equipment operation. It is not a soft-services or commercial maintenance position.

To safely operate our equipment and specialized fleet, you must already possess the following qualifications:

• Driving Credentials (Mandatory): You must hold a valid commercial Driving Licence (Class C or CE), a fully valid and up-to-date Driver CPC , and an active Digital Tachograph card.
• Safety Compliance (Critical): You must be willing to be clean-shaven when required to ensure a perfect, airtight seal for full-face breathing masks and specialized protective safety gear.
• Physical Capability: Completely comfortable working in industrial environments, within confined spaces, and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliability: A strong personal commitment to maintaining a Safety-First Culture across the business at all times.
• Bonus Experience(Desirable)_:_ Previous experience in drainage, civils, high-pressure water jetting, vacuum tankers, or holding a live ADR/Confined Space certificate is a major plus.

• Fleet Operation: Driving and operating company vehicles, including HGVs for waste services and the carriage of dangerous substances.
• High-Pressure Operations: Suction and jetting operations for interceptors, bunds, drains, sewers, septic tanks, and specialized underground/above-ground storage tanks.
• Confined Space Operations: Safely entering and executing decommissioning and servicing within confined spaces using electronic and mechanical equipment.
• Emergency Response: Assisting with emergency oil or chemical spill responses and environmental remediation services.
• Technical & Civils Support: Performing drainage rehabilitation, basic civils tasks, garage forecourt maintenance, and assisting with CCTV pipeline surveys
