Job Overview

the company is seeking an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in fashion retail to lead their store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Store Manager in a large format Fashion store , proven leadership abilities, and a track record of achieving store targets while maintaining brand standards. This role requires strategic thinking, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage P&L, inventory, and team performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing store team to deliver top-tier customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Drive store performance by managing daily operations, analyzing sales data, and implementing action plans to maximize profitability.
• Own P&L responsibilities for the store, including controllable expenses, wage costs, and margin protection.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, shrink control, cycle counts, and loss prevention.
• Ensure impeccable brand standards across visual merchandising, product presentation, signage, cleanliness, and store ambiance.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement, build loyalty, and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback, resolving issues promptly to protect the brand’s reputation.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to align store initiatives with brand strategy and marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage staffing schedules to optimize coverage during peak periods and promotions.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to leadership, highlighting opportunities and risks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Store Manager in fashion retail.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
• Strong P&L management skills and a solid understanding of retail economics.
• Proven ability to manage inventory, loss prevention, and accurate reporting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
• Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team, with a collaborative leadership style.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
