FBIP Sales Assistant

Supports the designated Financial Advisor(s) efforts to advise clients on Life Insurance, Annuity & Investment strategies.

_Essential Duties and Responsibilities_:

• Assist Financial Advisor(s) in achieving their goals in building and maintaining client bases. This includes but not limited to maintaining documentation, assisting, and providing exceptional service to current and prospective customers; prompt and professional response to customers (calls/emails) will foster FBIP’s image and reputation.
• Execute unsolicited trades within compliance with securities and insurance regulations.
• Foster relationships to maintain and cultivate business to the Investment team.
• Assist in any training of current and new team members.
• Assist Financial Advisors in monitoring client accounts balance.
• Maintain compliance to Raymond James protocols and standards in customer interactions and trade acceptance. In addition, responsible to adhere to FirstBank policy and procedures and operational integrity.

_Education and/or Experience_ __

• High school diploma or general educational degree (GED) required.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of experience in sales assistance position; experience in Investments preferred.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities, tasks and projects
• Able to organize and manage large amounts of documentation and information
