**Key Responsibilities:**
\- Deliver patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
\- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
\- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
\- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
\- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
\- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
\- Educate patients and families about health management and wellness.
\- Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
**Qualifications:**
\- Current RN license in good standing.
\- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
\- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
\- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to different healthcare settings.
\- CPR/BLS certification.
