We're searching for a high-performing Account Executive (Sales) who thrives on exceeding quotas and building lasting relationships to unlock new business and cultivate existing accounts to support our Singapore market.

What You'll Do

\- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

\- Proactively identify customer needs and opportunities for growth

\- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals

\- Provide exceptional customer service and support

\- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions

\- Analyse account performance and identify areas for improvement

\- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations

\- Utilise CRM software to manage account information and track performance

Who You Are

\- Have at least 2 years of experience in account management or a related field

\- Have a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving customer satisfaction

\- A highly motivated and customer-focused individual

\- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

\- Have a deep understanding of customer needs and a proven track record in account management

\- Are adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment

\- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills
