What You Will Do

\- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Business teams to ensure development focuses on high-impact initiatives.

\- Define and track key product metrics to identify growth opportunities.

\- Translate data into clear recommendations for product roadmap prioritization and informed decision-making.

\- Ensure product features align with user needs, optimizing product strategy and improving user experience.

\- Apply experimentation concepts such as A/B testing, hypothesis design, and result interpretation.

What You Will Need

\- Experience as a Product Analyst, Data Driven Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.

\- Strong understanding of the customer journey and experience in product development.

\- 5–10 years of relevant experience; this is a mid to senior level individual contributor role (no team leadership responsibilities).

\- Proficiency in SQL, especially with large data sets.

\- Ability to translate customer analytics into Tableau or other data visualization tools.

\- Background in fintech, tech companies, product companies, or startups/scale-ups, with a focus on building enterprise-ready solutions or rolling out new features.
