Pay Range: $22 – $28 per hour (based on experience & shift)
Overview:
Looking for an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support day shift operations in a long-term care setting. This role includes every other weekend and requires a compassionate, patient-focused caregiver.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities (ADLs)
- Provide mobility support and hygiene assistance
- Record and report resident conditions
- Foster a respectful, safe care environment
Qualifications:
- Active CNA certification in North Dakota
- Prior LTC experience highly desirable
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Availability for rotating weekends
