CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Trumbull, CT

We are actively recruiting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support strike preparedness operations at a facility in Trumbull, CT. This is a short-term, high-impact contract ideal for reliable CNAs looking to make a difference while earning competitive pay.

This role involves 12-hour shifts with day and night availability, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a critical staffing initiative. A completion bonus is available for those who fulfill the full 4-week commitment.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Trumbull, CT
• Contract: 4 weeks
• Shifts: 12-hour Day or Night (full-time schedule)
• Pay Range: $22 – $28 per hour (based on experience & shift)
• Bonus: Completion bonus available upon full contract completion
• Start Date: Immediate start preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, mobility, feeding, and toileting
• Record and report changes in patient conditions to the nursing team
• Maintain patient safety and uphold facility infection control protocols
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and facility staff as part of the strike contingency team

Requirements:

• Valid Connecticut CNA Certification
• Minimum 6 months of CNA experience in a healthcare facility (LTC, hospital, or similar)
• Ability to commit to the full 4-week contract
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Willingness to work in a strike-preparedness environment
• Flexibility with scheduling (day or night shifts)
