Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a night shift position in Far Rockaway, NY. As an LPN, you will deliver exceptional patient care in a long-term care environment, supporting both patients and the interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ health and report changes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and facility staff to deliver high-quality care
Requirements:
- Active NY LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of LTC experience preferred
- CPR certification
- Must reside locally to be eligible
