LPN – PRN Shifts | $30–$33/hr | 17325 | Transitional Care | Weekly Pay

Near Gettysburg, PA 17325

(Situated just outside of historic Gettysburg)

Shift Options (Contract):

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Pay Range:

• $30.00–$33.00/hr
• Weekly direct deposit available
• Compensation varies based on shift and experience

Facility Overview:

This care center, located near historic Gettysburg, provides Transitional Care, ShortStay Rehabilitation, and LongTerm Care services. The facility includes 10 modern private rooms/suites with dining nooks, and features a fully upgraded rehabilitation gym equipped with brand-new, state-of-the-art equipment. It's an ideal setting for LPNs seeking a well-supported, modern work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on nursing care under RN supervision
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Observe and report patient conditions and changes
• Assist with care planning and resident assessments
• Supervise unlicensed staff during assigned shifts

Qualifications Required:

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (or pending)
• Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in skilled nursing or transitional care preferred
