Schedule: Night Shifts | 12-Hour Shifts | Full-Time

Pay: $48–$52/hour, based on experience

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a behavioral health team in Pierceton, IN. This role is ideal for an experienced psych nurse who thrives in a structured mental health environment and is passionate about supporting individuals on their path to recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to individuals with mental health and behavioral conditions
• Conduct patient assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and monitor responses and side effects
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment that adheres to facility protocols and state regulations
• De-escalate crisis situations using trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions
• Document nursing care accurately and timely in accordance with policy and regulatory guidelines
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and discharge plans when appropriate

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a psychiatric, behavioral health, or crisis stabilization setting
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Shift Details:

• Night Shifts
• 12-hour shifts
• Rotating weekends or holidays as needed

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate of $48–$52 , depending on experience
• Eligible for shift differentials and overtime where applicable
