This role requires a blend of front and back office skills, including patient interaction, administrative tasks, and basic medical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the office.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
• Perform basic medical procedures such as EKGs.
• Assist with back office tasks as needed.
• Handle phone inquiries and provide information to patients.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Certification in CPR and BLS.
• Proficiency in performing EKGs.
• Experience with both front and back office tasks.
• Excellent phone communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
