We are looking for our next Sales & Business Development Intern to join the team!

This is a rare opportunity to work within a small, committed team. You will collaborate directly with the founders of a fast-growing watchmaking startup, take on real responsibilities from day one, and have the space to drive your own initiatives. Expect steep learning and genuine impact.

Core responsibilities

• Build a strong understanding of ID Genève's products and values to engage potential clients with confidence
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across different sectors, using inbound leads, networking and social media outreach to grow our sales pipeline
• Develop product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends, enabling you to support client consultations and product presentations
• Work with the marketing team to ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new clients, building the foundation for lasting partnerships
• Gather and share customer feedback with the product team to support the continuous improvement of our collections
• Collaborate with marketing to develop sales materials and content that reflect ID Genève's brand identity and values

Your profile

• Professional written proficiency in both English and French _(required)_
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team dynamic
• Curious, proactive, and enjoy finding solutions to new challenges
• Knowledge of the watch, luxury or sustainability industries is a valued plus _(not required)_
