Job Overview:

Interact with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, always wearing a smile. Inform and engage customers about the attraction you are operating, including explaining the game and its rules. For interested customers with purchased Passports, assist them in putting on VR equipment, provide guidance on how to use it, and monitor their experience. Encourage customers to explore other fun attractions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, create a safe and enjoyable atmosphere, and gain hands-on experience with various attractions and equipment. A positive attitude, exceptional customer service, and a dedication to cleanliness and professionalism are essential to excel in this position.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain a vigilant presence, ensuring the safety of customers in the area by creating a secure environment. Keep the assigned areas clean and in excellent condition, presenting a wholesome and appealing atmosphere.
• Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner, fostering a positive image and experience for customers.
• _Embrace the opportunity_ to learn and operate multiple attractions. Become proficient in handling all equipment and matching the excitement of customers.
• Operate machines and headsets proficiently. Occasionally, troubleshoot and reboot computers as instructed by management.
• Demonstrate 100% willingness to solve problems.

Opening Shift Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all equipment is turned on and operates correctly. Play the game to confirm the system's functionality.
• Conduct a thorough cleanliness check and ensure the area is pristine and ready for customer use.
• Maintain a clean environment throughout your scheduled shift.

Closing Shift Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize equipment, ensuring it is ready for the next day's operation.
• Properly shut down equipment as required.
• Ensure the area is spotless and prepared for the following day's shift.

Requirements

• Guest focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Teamwork is necessary (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 6 hours per shift.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed.
