Marketing Manager

Parramatta | Full time | Permanent | Consumer Services We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead customer-focused marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. This is a hands-on opportunity for a strategic marketer who can develop campaigns, strengthen customer engagement and use data and insights to deliver measurable results. Responsibilities Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Develop customer engagement and retention strategies. Manage customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events and marketing initiatives. Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email and online campaigns. Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver marketing programs. Analyse campaign performance, customer data and market insights to identify growth opportunities. Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign ROI. Develop engaging marketing content and communications. Maintain and strengthen brand positioning and consistency across all channels. Provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior management. Requirements Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role. Strong experience developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies. Demonstrated experience across digital marketing, campaigns and customer engagement. Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to use data to guide decisions. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of customer acquisition, engagement and retention. Experience managing marketing budgets and external agencies or suppliers. Creative, proactive and hands-on approach to marketing. Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
